WP High-flow Special Hydraulic Wrench Pump

The WP high-flow special hydraulic wrench pump is engineered specifically for multi-wrench simultaneous operation, featuring a one-to-four valve block design that supplies stable, sufficient hydraulic oil to four torque wrenches concurrently. This configuration fundamentally eliminates the waiting and sequential operation required with conventional single or dual-outlet pumps, dramatically shortening overall tightening time for large flange assemblies and delivering more uniform torque distribution across all bolt positions.

The pump is powered by a heavy-duty 4 kW motor operating on 380 V/50 Hz, three-phase power in S1 continuous duty rating. This robust power unit ensures adequate flow and pressure are maintained even when all four wrench connections are active simultaneously, preventing the pressure drops and efficiency losses associated with underpowered alternatives. The motor's substantial power reserve also supports sustained reliable operation under prolonged high-load conditions.

A handheld remote start/stop switch allows the operator to control the pump directly from the wrench working position, eliminating the need to travel back and forth to the pump station and enabling one-person operation of the complete system. This not only improves efficiency but keeps the operator focused on the fastening work itself, reducing error risk and enhancing site safety. Suitable for synchronized bolting on wind turbine flanges, pressure vessels, heavy structural steelwork, and large equipment overhauls.
