The WPB explosion-proof electric wrench pump is purpose-built for hydraulic torque wrench operations in classified hazardous areas within petrochemical, oil and gas, offshore, and chemical processing facilities. Standard equipment includes an EXD II CT4 three-phase explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof electrical control panel, and explosion-proof control handle, all compliant with recognized explosion protection standards. Alternative motor and control system specifications are available to meet different zone classifications and customer requirements.

The three-stage automatic flow switching system maintains high operational efficiency throughout the full pressure range, automatically managing the transition between rapid fill, intermediate, and final torque delivery phases. This eliminates manual flow adjustment and minimizes cycle time. The electronic directional control simplifies and speeds up wrench reversal for both tightening and loosening operations without the need for manual valve changeover.

The aluminum oil tank provides a favorable weight-to-capacity ratio, and the integrated external cooling system enables extended continuous operation in warm or enclosed environments typical of industrial plant settings.
