EP6 Enhanced-Flow Dual-Speed Electric Hydraulic Pump

The EP6 enhanced-flow dual-speed electric hydraulic pump expands on the EP3 platform with a higher-capacity pump and a larger 6-liter oil tank, providing increased flow output to drive more demanding power tool applications with greater efficiency. It shares the same dual-circuit architecture and dual-speed automatic switching system as the EP3, supporting both single-acting and double-acting tools for cable crimping, cutting, punching, and busbar processing tasks in power grid construction and maintenance.

At 0.75 kW motor output with high-pressure flow of 0.65 L/min and low-pressure flow of 8.2 L/min, the EP6 offers a meaningful step up in hydraulic performance that translates to faster cycle times on tools with larger bore cylinders or higher volume requirements. The dual-speed automatic flow management maintains the same ease of use as the smaller EP3, switching intelligently between rapid advance and precision torque phases without operator intervention.

All major connection and control options from the EP3 are carried over to the EP6, including electromagnetic or manual valve group selection, NPT 3/8 standard output fittings, and the internal safety relief valve for overload protection. The unit operates on 110 V/240 V, 50/60 Hz universal power input, making it compatible with both domestic and international site electrical supplies. With a unit weight of 23 kg and compact external dimensions, the EP6 is suitable for substation installations, photovoltaic plant maintenance, and railway electrification projects.
