The CP6 enhanced-flow dual-speed electric hydraulic pump delivers increased hydraulic capacity over the CP3, featuring a 0.75 kW motor and a 6-liter oil tank designed to support more demanding cylinder operations with improved cycle efficiency. It maintains the same proven dual-circuit architecture and high-low pressure automatic switching system, providing compatibility with both single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders for lifting, pressing, positioning, and alignment applications across a broad range of industrial sectors.

Higher flow output at both pressure stages — 0.65 L/min at high pressure and 8.2 L/min at low pressure — translates directly into faster piston advance speeds and reduced cycle times, particularly noticeable when operating cylinders with larger bore diameters or greater stroke volumes. The automatic flow switching eliminates manual intervention during the transition between advance and load phases, keeping operations smooth and operator effort low throughout extended work sessions.

All the connectivity and safety features of the CP3 are carried forward, including selectable electromagnetic or manual valve configurations, NPT 3/8 output fittings, standard liquid level and temperature gauging, and internal overload protection. Operating on 110 V/570 V, 50/60 Hz universal input, the CP6 accommodates both standard and high-voltage industrial site supplies. At 23 kg and with compact external dimensions, the CP6 is well suited to bridge jacking, equipment alignment, die pressing, and on-site maintenance in manufacturing, civil engineering, and heavy industrial environments.
