CP3 Dual-Circuit Compact Electric Hydraulic Pump

The CP3 dual-circuit compact electric hydraulic pump is a purpose-designed power source for single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders used in lifting, pressing, and alignment applications. Its dual-circuit design provides the flexibility to drive a wide range of small to medium cylinder configurations without requiring separate pump units, making it a practical and space-efficient solution for maintenance teams and mobile service operations.

The high-low pressure dual-speed automatic switching system delivers high flow at low pressure to rapidly advance the cylinder piston, then automatically transitions to high-pressure precision output as load resistance increases. This intelligent flow management shortens cycle times and reduces operator effort compared to manual adjustment systems. A standard liquid level and temperature gauge gives operators clear visibility of oil level and temperature status, supporting safe continuous operation.

Configuration flexibility is provided through selectable electromagnetic or manual valve group options, allowing the CP3 to be matched precisely to the tool and workflow requirements. An internal safety relief valve protects the motor and cylinder from overload damage under any operating condition. Optional caster wheels make it easy to reposition the unit between work locations on site. With a 0.37 kW motor, NPT 3/8 output fittings, 5-liter aluminum tank, and 19 kg weight, the CP3 is well suited to bridge maintenance, equipment installation, die alignment, and general industrial pressing operations.
