WPR Pneumatic Wrench Pump

The WPR pneumatic wrench pump provides a reliable, spark-free hydraulic power source for torque wrench operations in environments where electrical equipment cannot be used. Driven entirely by compressed air, it carries no risk of ignition and is well suited to classified hazardous areas in petrochemical refineries, gas processing plants, offshore platforms, and other facilities requiring intrinsic safety or explosion-proof rated equipment.

The three-stage automatic flow switching system optimizes the pressurization cycle by automatically managing transitions between high-flow and high-pressure phases, maintaining efficiency throughout the complete tightening cycle without manual adjustment. The system can be configured to supply up to four torque wrenches simultaneously, making it practical for synchronized multi-bolt operations on large flange assemblies and heavy equipment.

The lightweight aluminum oil tank provides good capacity with manageable weight for site mobility, and the optional external high-performance cooling system extends continuous operating capability for long work sessions in warm environments. The unit requires no electrical control system, removing a potential ignition source and simplifying compliance in regulated hazardous zones. Accepts standard compressed air supplies of 6–10 Bar, compatible with typical industrial workshop air networks.
