Pressure gauge

The pressure gauge provides accurate and reliable real-time display of hydraulic circuit pressure for monitoring and control purposes during operation of hydraulic pumps, tensioners, torque wrenches, and jacks. Precision-calibrated to match the pressure rating of the hydraulic tools in the circuit, the gauge provides operators with clear, immediate feedback on working pressure, enabling accurate torque and pre-load control without the need for additional instrumentation. Dial face markings in both SI and Imperial units are available to suit different regional and application standards.

The gauge is manufactured with a robust bourdon tube sensing element and stainless steel wetted components for compatibility with hydraulic oil service and resistance to the pressure cycling conditions of industrial tool operation. Overload protection is built in to prevent mechanism damage from momentary pressure spikes that may occur during tool connection and disconnection. A glycerin-filled dial case dampens needle oscillation caused by pressure pulsations, improving readability and extending the service life of the mechanism under dynamic operating conditions.

The pressure gauge is compatible with NPT 3/8 and BSP standard hydraulic connection fittings and can be installed directly on pump pressure ports, hydraulic manifolds, hose assemblies, or pressure gauge bases. Regular calibration verification is recommended as part of a comprehensive torque and pre-load quality assurance program, and traceable calibration service is available. Replacement gauges are stocked for all pressure ranges used across the hydraulic tool product lines.
