WB Hollow Hydraulic Torque Wrench

The WB hollow hydraulic torque wrench features a cassette-type design in which a thin-profile hollow ring drives directly over the nut face without requiring a separate drive socket, resulting in a more compact and lower-profile tool compared to drive-type alternatives. This configuration is particularly advantageous in applications where bolt protrusion above the nut is limited, where adjacent components restrict side access, or where reduced tool height is needed to clear surrounding structures. Maximum working pressure is 700 Bar, supporting the high torque outputs required for large industrial fasteners.

Torque accuracy of ±3% meets the precision requirements of critical applications including pressure vessel closures, turbine casing bolts, and structural connection joints where consistent pre-load is essential for safety and performance. The 360°×180° rotating hose swivel fitting and stop-pawl anti-back-rotation mechanism maintain full angular freedom and prevent ratchet reversal during the working stroke, improving efficiency and torque delivery accuracy on every cycle.

The tool is manufactured from high-strength aluminum-titanium alloy and engineering-grade alloy materials, providing high structural integrity and long service life under repeated high-torque loading.
