CSH Series Quick-Reset Push-Pull Single-Acting Hollow Jack

The CSH series quick-reset push-pull single-acting hollow jack provides a center-bore hollow plunger configuration in a single-acting format with high-strength spring return, combining the axial through-bore versatility of the CDH series with the simplified hydraulic circuit of a single-acting system. The hollow plunger allows the jack to push against a load while simultaneously passing a rod, shaft, or stud through the center, or to pull a tie rod attached through the bore while using the jack body as the reaction structure.

High-strength spring return provides fast and consistent piston retraction on every cycle, maintaining rapid cycle rates in repetitive operations such as strand jacking sequences, pre-tensioning programs, and incremental lifting campaigns. The dual dustproof ring structure maintains cylinder cleanliness in contaminated environments, and the precision guide ring protects the cylinder bore from off-axis wear. The baked-paint surface finish provides corrosion resistance for outdoor and demanding industrial site conditions.

Multiple mounting and connection configuration options, including various front and rear end fitting styles, provide installation flexibility for different machine geometries and loading requirements. NPT 3/8 quick-connect fittings, internal safety valve, and floating center tube are standard. All models are compatible with CP series electric hydraulic pumps and HAP/HSP manual pumps. Custom configurations for bore diameter, stroke, capacity, spring rate, and end fittings are available. The CSH is suitable for tendon stressing in prestressed concrete construction, bolt tensioning through the jack axis, shaft alignment, and structural pre-loading applications.
