CSM Series Ultra-Flat Multi-Mount Single-Acting Slim Jack

The CSM series ultra-flat multi-mount single-acting slim jack is designed for lifting and pressing applications in highly space-constrained environments where conventional round-body jacks cannot be positioned due to height restrictions. The ultra-low closed height profile allows the jack to be inserted into gaps and clearances that would be inaccessible to standard equipment, making it particularly valuable in pre-lift positioning, machinery leveling under tight clearance conditions, and structural maintenance applications where stroke is limited by available headroom.

All models across the CSM series are equipped with NPT 3/8 standard quick-connect fittings and dust caps. Models rated at 75 tons and above include integral carrying handles to assist with positioning and handling of the heavier variants. The anti-corrosion baked-paint surface finish provides durability in outdoor and industrial environments. The end face features an anti-slip grooved profile that maintains stable contact with the load without requiring a saddle accessory, simplifying setup and reducing the number of components needed on site.

A particularly useful feature of the CSM design is the incorporation of mounting holes that allow the jack to be bolted in position for special installation configurations, such as horizontal or inverted pressing applications, or where the jack must remain fixed relative to the workpiece throughout the operation. Custom configurations are available for non-standard load paths, stroke requirements, or mounting geometries. Compatible with CP series electric pumps and HAP/HSP manual pumps for hydraulic supply.
