CSLS Series Single-Acting Ultra-Thin Mechanical Self-Locking Jack

The CSLS series single-acting ultra-thin mechanical self-locking jack combines the low-profile form factor of the slim jack design with the integrated mechanical load-holding capability of the CSL series, creating a tool that can be inserted into tight clearances while providing inherent position-holding safety without continuous hydraulic pressure. This combination addresses applications where both restricted access height and secure load retention are simultaneously required — a demanding combination that neither slim jacks nor standard self-locking jacks alone can satisfy.

The mechanical self-locking mechanism automatically engages as the piston extends, securing the load at any position within the stroke range. This allows operators to safely disconnect the hydraulic pump, reposition equipment, or attend to adjacent work tasks without risk of unintended jack retraction. The lock releases manually for controlled load lowering when the operation is complete. The ultra-thin closed height profile provides clearance capability comparable to the CSS and CSM slim series.

Standard NPT 3/8 fittings, baked-paint surface finish, and compatibility with CP series pumps and HAP/HSP manual pumps are consistent with the broader jack product line. The CSLS is well suited for structural maintenance work in low-clearance areas such as bridge deck lifting, equipment base plate shimming in confined machine spaces, and precision alignment operations in manufacturing environments where both access constraints and load security requirements are present.
