CS Series Single-Acting Jack

The CS series single-acting hydraulic jack provides reliable upward lifting force through hydraulic pressurization, with automatic spring-assisted return upon pressure release. This series covers the broadest range of standard capacity and stroke combinations in the single-acting jack lineup, making it suitable as a primary general-purpose lifting tool across assembly, maintenance, and construction applications in industrial environments.

All CS series jacks are equipped with NPT 3/8 quick-connect fittings and dust caps as standard, enabling rapid connection to hydraulic pump supply lines and protecting the hydraulic port from contamination during storage and transport. The baked-paint surface finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance compared to conventional painted surfaces, extending service life in outdoor and industrial environments where moisture and chemical exposure are common. The cylinder body and piston rod are manufactured to close dimensional tolerances for consistent stroke and guidance throughout the jack's operating range.

The single-acting configuration is well suited to applications where return force requirements are low and spring reset provides sufficient retraction speed, such as structural alignment, die setting, equipment shimming, and load testing. CS series jacks are compatible with the full range of CP series jack pumps and HAP/HSP manual pumps, and can be connected in parallel or in series configurations using appropriate manifold systems for synchronized multi-point lifting applications.
