Single hydraulic hose

The single hydraulic hose provides a reliable high-pressure fluid transfer connection between hydraulic power units and single-acting hydraulic tools, cylinders, and circuit components. Each hose is constructed with an inner tube compatible with hydraulic mineral oils and synthetic fluids, high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcement for pressure containment, and a protective outer jacket resistant to abrasion, ozone, and the mechanical hazards of industrial site environments. The complete assembly is rated to the working and burst pressure specifications required for use with the associated hydraulic tool equipment.

End fittings are permanently attached by swaging or crimping to provide leak-free connections with defined and tested pull-off and burst pressure ratings. Standard connection configurations include CEJN-profile quick-connect couplings for fast tool connection and disconnection at the working end, with threaded connections at the pump or manifold end to suit NPT, BSP, or metric parallel port standards. Custom end fitting combinations are available for non-standard circuit configurations and specialized equipment interfaces.

Hose assemblies are available in standard lengths covering the common pump-to-tool distances encountered in typical applications, with custom lengths manufactured to order for unusual installation requirements. Minimum bend radius specifications are marked on each hose assembly to prevent kinking and internal damage during routing and operation. All hose assemblies are individually pressure-tested before shipment. Single hoses are compatible with single-acting jacks, single-acting tensioners, manually-controlled hydraulic circuits, and pump outlet connections across the full hydraulic tool range.
