Twin hydraulic hose

The twin hydraulic hose assembly consists of two high-pressure hydraulic hoses bonded together in a parallel configuration, providing the complete go-and-return hydraulic circuit in a single assembly for use with double-acting hydraulic tools and systems. The twin-bonded format eliminates tangled hose management in double-acting tool applications by keeping both flow paths neatly organized and routed together, reducing the risk of hose interference with moving machine parts and simplifying the task of hose management in confined work areas.

Each hose in the twin assembly is constructed with a high-pressure inner tube, high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcement layers, and an oil-resistant outer jacket, rated to the pressure specifications of the associated hydraulic tool equipment. The end fittings are swaged or crimped to the hose ends under controlled manufacturing conditions for consistent and reliable pull-off and burst pressure performance. Both CEJN-profile quick-connect and threaded end terminations are available depending on the circuit connection requirements.

Twin hose assemblies are available in standard lengths from 1.5 meters to 10 meters, with custom lengths available for large or complex installations. Color-coding of the two parallel hoses distinguishes the pressure supply and return flow paths, aiding correct connection to tool ports and preventing cross-connection errors. All assemblies are individually pressure-tested to confirm integrity before shipment. Compatible with the full range of torque wrench pumps, tensioning pumps, jack pumps, and double-acting tools in the hydraulic product lineup. Replacement hose assemblies are stocked for common length and fitting configurations.
